Planning Megha & Amar’s wedding was a game-changer for my career; we only had eight weeks to prepare a 4-day Indian Wedding for 120 guests, and what would I know that their wedding was my only 2020 wedding and the last at the Andaz Costa Rica as an employee, for sure was a milestone in so many ways, but what made it even better was that it introduced me to the world of Asian weddings, and let me tell you, they are my favorite now, the culture, the food, the colors, what better way to celebrate love than that?

Even with the short time we had to plan their wedding, it never felt rushed; decisions needed to be taken fast, but she had the opportunity to enjoy everything she wanted, from the traditional Indian food to the female white horse for her husband’s baraat… the concept was clear, a delicate, traditional Indian wedding… in costa rica! I can say without missing that they have inspired multiple couples looking for the perfect location for their wedding, and I’m sure they will continue to do so.
